CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:

Please note:  All classes are 60 min unless indicated otherwise

POWER PUMP:  
Strength Training only, no cardio or jumping! 45 min


CARDIO SHED & SHRED: 
cardio sculpting:  fat burning cardio, upper and lower body toning and abs
Shed body fat and build muscle


 CARDIO STEP n SHED: 
challenging and creative step routines as well as some hi-lo aerobics and kickboxing all choreographed to popular Top 40 playlists  (45 min)


DOUBLE TROUBLE:
Two instructors teaming up to give a total body workout. Cardio and strength intervals.

FULL OUT FIT: 
Fun hi-lo patterns with challenging intervals of strength and core training. 
Powerful and fun head to toe workout!

MLS Fitness classes are creative and unique. They are based on fast transitions between segments of cardio, strength and core with no class being repeated ever!

MLS Fitness utilizes many fun and challenging group fitness "toys" to keep the muscles stimulated and strong and the class creative and interesting.

Cross training is a primary goal at MLS Fitness so results are fast with minimal risk of injury or overuse. 

All classes are created with all ages and all levels of fitness in mind. Modifications and options are given to those who are unable to execute some moves.
